How to make a stamp online in five steps.

Pick the closest starting layout
Choose a template that already has the shape you need: round for company seals, rectangular for addresses and approvals, square or oval for special cases. Starting close to the final shape saves most of the layout work.
Replace the text
Edit the outer ring, the inner lines, and the centre text. A company name, a city or department, and one status word or number are usually enough for a stamp that stays readable.
Adjust type and spacing
Change the font, size, letter spacing, and start angle of curved text until the ring looks even. Leave a little room between text and borders so the impression does not blur when it is printed or scaled down.
Set the color and finish
Choose blue, red, black, or a brand color, then set the opacity. An aging effect makes a digital stamp look closer to a real ink impression; switch it off when you need clean vector artwork.

Design rules that keep a stamp readable.
Most stamp problems show up after export: text that fills in, rings that look crowded, or borders that disappear on a copy. These checks catch them while the design is still editable.
Design at the real size
Typical office stamps are about 40 mm round or 58 × 22 mm rectangular. Preview the design at that size first: if the smallest line is hard to read on screen at 100%, it will be harder to read on a scan. When the same artwork must also appear larger, learn how to resize a digital stamp without losing quality.
Keep the wording short
Two text rings and a short centre line are enough for most round stamps. If the outer ring needs more than about 35–40 characters, shorten the wording or switch to an oval or rectangular layout. Medium and bold weights survive printing far better than thin or script fonts.
Pick the ink color on purpose

Give borders enough weight
