A logo stamp puts your brand mark on the things you send out every day: invoices, letters, shipping boxes, paper bags, cards and PDFs. A good one stays readable at a small size. The templates on this page give you a starting layout to open in the editor, fill with your own logo and text, and export as a digital file or as artwork for a stamp manufacturer.

Most logo stamps do one of two jobs. The first is branding: a mark on kraft mailers, tissue paper, hang tags, loyalty cards or thank-you notes that tells the customer who the package came from. The second is identification on paperwork: a logo with the company name and contact details on quotes, delivery notes, receipts or internal forms, so a page can be traced back to the business at a glance.

A logo stamp is not a signature or an official company seal. It shows who issued or packed something; it does not approve or certify anything. If a document needs a formal company seal, check what your local registry or the receiving organization requires.

Keep the content short. Typical elements are:

• The logo or logo symbol, usually in the center or on the left
• The business name, either curved around the edge of a round stamp or set in a straight line under the logo
• A short tagline, website or social media handle
• Optional details for paperwork, such as a city, phone number or "Thank you for your order" line

Wording examples that work well: "Handmade by North Ridge Studio", "Packed with care · northridge.studio", "Acme Supply Co. · Quality Parts". If you need more than three lines of text, a separate address stamp may serve you better.

Round stamps are the most common choice for logo marks. The name wraps around the top and bottom of the circle while the logo sits in the middle, which gives a balanced, badge-like result. Rectangular stamps suit wide logos and wordmarks, and they leave room for a website or address line beside the logo. Oval outlines are a good compromise for long business names that feel cramped in a circle.

Size depends on where the stamp goes. A mark for cards, tags and envelope flaps is often around 1 to 1.5 inches (25 to 38 mm) across, while stamps for boxes and bags are often 2 to 3 inches (50 to 75 mm). In the editor you can pick a standard size or enter a custom one, so measure the space you plan to stamp and design at that size. Fine lines and small text that look fine at 3 inches can disappear at 1 inch.

The editor accepts logo uploads in SVG or PNG. SVG is the better choice when you have it, because it stays sharp at any size. If you only have a PNG, use one with a transparent background and enough resolution for the largest size you plan to export.

Before uploading, simplify the logo for stamping:

• Use a one-color version. Gradients, drop shadows and photo elements do not look like a stamp and cannot be reproduced on a single-color rubber stamp.
• Thicken very thin strokes and remove tiny details that will merge together at small sizes.
• Remove any background box so the stamp border, not a white rectangle, frames the logo.

Choose the template whose layout is closest to what you want, then:

1. Upload your logo and drag or resize it to fit the center area.
2. Replace the sample text with your business name. On round templates, adjust the curved text (font, size, letter spacing and position along the arc) so the name fills the top of the ring without touching the border.
3. Edit or delete the lower line of curved text, or use straight text for a tagline.
4. Choose a border: single, double, triple, dashed, dotted or vintage. A double border reads well around a logo; dotted or dashed borders feel more casual on packaging.
5. Set the ink color to your brand color, or use black or navy for paperwork. Opacity and the aging effect can give a hand-stamped look on digital files; leave them off for a clean corporate mark.
6. Add stars or lines as separators between the name and tagline if needed.
