Details for a training center stamp

Learners, employers and auditors all read your stamp. Give them the facts they need to identify the provider, and nothing that suggests an approval you do not hold.

Center or institute name

Your registered or trading name, spelled as on your license and letterhead.

Example: Brightpath Training Institute

Registration or permit number

Only a number your regulator actually issued to you. In Dubai, private training institutes generally operate under a KHDA permit; in the Philippines, TESDA registers technical-vocational programs. Elsewhere, use whatever your licensing body assigns.

Example: Permit No. TP-04521

Course title or code

Handy on a course-specific stamp for assessment files and handouts.

Example: Workplace First Aid · Course FA-102

Address and contact

Lets an employer verify a certificate by calling or writing to you.

Example: Unit 5, 18 Market Lane, Riverton · 555-0187

Date or batch

A blank line for the session date or cohort number.

Example: Batch: ______ · Date: ___/___/_____

Authorized signature

A line for the director or lead trainer. The stamp identifies the center; the signature confirms the record.

Example: Training Director: ____________

Size, shape and ink for training center stamps

Certificates are printed on smooth card, sign-in sheets on thin copier paper. Size and ink should suit both.

Shape

A round stamp reads as the center’s identity mark on certificates. Rectangles suit attendance, assessment and fee stamps, which carry lines to fill in.

Size

Round certificate stamps commonly measure 38 to 42 mm. Rectangular status stamps of about 55 × 25 mm leave room for handwriting. Materials stamps can be smaller, around 30 mm.

Ink color

Blue sets the stamp apart from black print, so an original certificate is easy to tell from a photocopy. A second color, such as green, keeps assessment stamps distinct from attendance stamps.

Legibility

Keep the registration number in plain digits at a readable size. Script fonts may look elegant on a certificate but make numbers hard to check.

Logo and languages

Place your own logo in the center of the round stamp. Centers teaching in two languages can run the name in English on top and in Arabic or another script below.

Where training centers use stamps

A single design set covers the classroom, the office and the inbox.

Certificates of attendance

Paper certificates get a pressed stamp; digital ones get the transparent PNG placed next to the signature.

Attendance registers

Funders and corporate clients often ask for signed sheets. A verified stamp shows who checked each one and when.

Frequently asked questions

What should a training center stamp include?

Usually the center name, city, the registration or permit number issued by your regulator and, on certificate stamps, a line for the authorized signature. Course codes and dates go on separate working stamps.

Can we put an accreditation logo on our stamp?

Only if you hold that accreditation and the body’s rules allow its logo on your documents. Many bodies supply their own artwork and placement rules, so ask them first.

Does our stamp make a certificate officially recognized?

No. Recognition comes from the program or provider being approved by the right authority, for example TESDA program registration in the Philippines or a KHDA permit in Dubai. The stamp simply identifies who issued the certificate.

Can we stamp certificates we send by email?

Yes. Export a transparent PNG and add your center stamp to a PDF certificate, next to the signature. Check whether your clients also expect a digital signature.

We already have a rubber stamp. Can we reuse it?

Press it on white paper, photograph it and extract a stamp from a photo. Rebuilding it in the editor gives sharper text for large certificates.

What does it cost?

Designing and previewing are free. A single export is $2.50 (PNG), $2.90 (PNG, SVG and EPS) or $3.50 (all six formats). Unlimited plans cost $15.90 a month, $119 a year or $299 lifetime, which suits centers that need several course stamps.

Which pages suit other education providers?

Universities and continuing-education departments can use the university stamp maker. Individual tutors and classroom staff will find praise and homework stamps among the teacher stamp templates. Community programs run by a charity can start from the nonprofit stamp maker.
