Teacher stamp templates

School and text layouts make a quick base for classroom stamps; a click loads one into the editor. You can also describe the stamp in a sentence, such as "round star stamp that says super reader", and let the AI school stamp maker draft it for you to adjust.

Templates are starting points. Click one to load it into the editor above, then replace the text with your own details.

What goes on a classroom stamp

A classroom stamp works when a child understands it at a glance. Pick one message per stamp and only the extras that help.

Message

One short phrase, ideally three words or fewer, so early readers can manage it on their own.

Example: Great job

Teacher or class name

Turns a generic stamp into your stamp and helps lost books find their way back.

Example: Ms. Rivera · Room 12

Icon

A star, rocket or smiley carries the meaning for children who cannot read yet. Use a built-in image or upload your own drawing.

Example: Three stars above the text

Date line

For homework checks and reading logs, a blank date shows when work was seen.

Example: Checked on ___/___

Signature line

Notes going home need a place for a parent or guardian to sign.

Example: Parent / guardian: ____________

Ownership line

For classroom-library books, art folders and shared supplies.

Example: This book belongs to Room 12

Stamps teachers reach for every day

A small set covers most of the week: a few praise stamps, a status stamp or two and a name stamp. Copy the wording and make it yours.

Praise stamp

Round, cheerful and small enough to fit in a margin. Make two or three versions with different phrases so children look forward to seeing which one they get.

Sample wording

★ GREAT JOB ★ Ms. Rivera Room 12

Homework checked

A rectangular status stamp tells parents the work was seen, even when there is no grade yet. Our text stamp templates give clean starting layouts for this kind of label.

Sample wording

HOMEWORK CHECKED Date: ___/___ Mr. Okafor · Grade 4

Sign and return

For permission slips, reading logs and notes home that need a reply. A bold border helps it stand out in a busy planner.

Sample wording

PLEASE SIGN AND RETURN Parent / guardian: __________ Date: ___/___

Classroom library stamp

Mark the inside cover of every book in your class library, so borrowed copies come back to the right room.

Sample wording

THIS BOOK BELONGS TO MS. RIVERA’S CLASSROOM Room 12 · Please return

Reward chart stamp

A tiny square or round stamp that fills one box on a sticker chart or reading passport.

Sample wording

SUPER READER

Size, shape and ink for teacher stamps

Exercise books, worksheets and chart squares are small, so classroom stamps are usually smaller than office ones.

Size

Praise and reward stamps are typically 15 to 25 mm, which fits a margin or a chart box. Status stamps such as "Checked" work at around 40 × 15 mm. Book stamps can go up to about 40 mm.

Shape

Round for praise, square for chart boxes and rectangular for messages with a date or signature line. A triangle reads like a little pennant and suits sports or house points.

Ink color

Bright colors make feedback feel friendly. Some teachers keep red for corrections and use green, blue or purple for praise. One color per meaning helps young pupils learn the system.

Font and legibility

Choose a rounded, bold font with clear letter shapes. Decorative scripts look fun but slow down early readers, so save them for the class name.

Icons and bilingual stamps

Stars and built-in icons fill the center nicely. In bilingual classrooms, put one language on the top arc and the other below; right-to-left scripts such as Arabic are supported.

Where teachers use their stamps

The same artwork can go on paper, on a chart or on a screen.

Notebooks and worksheets

Stamp completed pages, corrections to redo and homework that has been checked. A date stamp template adds a quick record of when you saw it.

Charts and passports

Reading passports, behavior charts and attendance cards fill up one stamp at a time.

Frequently asked questions

What size should a praise stamp be?

Measure the space first. Between 15 and 25 mm fits most notebook margins and sticker-chart boxes without covering the child’s work.

Can I use the stamps on digital assignments?

Yes. Export a transparent PNG and place it on scanned work, slides or PDFs in any app that accepts images. The 3x and 10x sizes stay sharp on tablets.

Can I turn my class mascot or a student drawing into a stamp?

Scan or photograph the drawing on white paper, then make a stamp from an uploaded image. Bold outlines give the clearest result.

How much does a set of classroom stamps cost?

Designing is free. A single PNG without the watermark is $2.50; PNG, SVG and EPS together are $2.90; all six formats are $3.50. For a whole set, a monthly plan at $15.90 covers unlimited exports, and yearly ($119) and lifetime ($299) plans exist too.

Can I get real rubber stamps made?

Yes. Send the SVG or EPS file to a local stamp maker. Pre-inked or self-inking stamps are less messy in a classroom than a separate ink pad.

Do tutors and lecturers use the same stamps?

Private tutors use the same praise and homework stamps. Lecturers and department offices will find layouts on the university stamp maker page, and course providers that issue attendance certificates can use the training center stamp maker.

Can our parent-teacher association make a stamp too?

Yes. Fundraising fairs and membership cards need a different style, so start from the nonprofit stamp templates and add the association name.
